Part-time day, evening and weekend hours to start with additional hours possible. Paid training.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Supervising children with parents and other family members with children of all ages.

Monitoring Exchanges of children between parents and other family members.

Taking detailed notes regarding visits and interaction with the child.

Must have one year of experience in supervised visitation, child protective services or working with children and families.

High School Diploma required Associate Degree preferred. CPR Certification required or completion before the first assignment.

This position requires the following:

  • Must be professional with the ability to effectively set limits and function in a crisis-oriented situation.
  • Must possess maturity, good judgment and the ability to work independently.
  • Over the age 21 and pass a 10-year background and Health and Human Services
  • Standing or sitting for extended periods.
  • Reliable Transportation. Willing to travel within Travis and Williamson County.
  • Great Communication, bi-lingual is a plus but not required
  • Ability to take extremely detailed notes of parent-child observations
  • Ability to maintain a neutral position.
  • Ability to work with various segments of the population.
  • Must work days, evenings and weekends.
