Our Skills & Experience

Sherita R. Lynch is a Board-Certified Human Services Practitioner with more than 15 years of dedicated experience serving children and families. After years of professional work and volunteer service with agencies and nonprofit organizations, she founded Advocate For All with one mission at heart: to protect children from the long-lasting effects of trauma, conflict, and parental discord.

An award-winning and passionate human services professional, Sherita has spent her career improving the lives of vulnerable children—including those in foster care, children of military families, and youth who need a strong, informed voice standing in their corner.

A proud honors graduate of Columbia College, Sherita also brings expertise as a family law paralegal, master-level trainer, and credentialed mediator with advanced training in family law mediation. For over 15 years, she has served as a Guardian ad Litem in both foster care and the private sector, consistently advocating for the best interests and outcomes of the children she represents.

Most recently, Sherita founded Time Share Your Kid, a boutique mediation firm dedicated to creating thoughtful and sustainable parenting plans for divorcing or separating parents. Through this work, she aims to reduce conflict, support healthy co-parenting, and ensure that children remain at the center of every decision.
