The Supervised Visitation Network (SVN) is the largest organization that provides by-laws, ethics and guidance for supervised visitation providers. While each state may or may not have standards for whom may provide supervised visitation and neutral exchange, this network, headquartered in Florida, provides international standards. We are proud to be a member of this organization, which provides training, support and information for parents and providers alike. While it is not a governing organization having a provider that adheres to the regulations and ethics of this voluntary organization speaks volumes, I believe to ones commitment to providing conflict free access to both parents in a safe and professional manner. Training is provided on matters ranging from reunification, domestic violence and child protective services. Not all providers choose to join and those that do are in agreement to being held to a certain standard of supervised visitation services.
