Mediation

Mediation is less adversarial and easier on you and your children as a mediator is a neutral party and trained professional that will not take sides. Child custody mediation is a great way to reduce stress and conflict between you and the other parent, as a good mediator will help you develop skills that enhance parenting coordination and communication and ultimately provide you with the tools needed to work through conflicts establish a workable child custody arrangement that is more cost effective.

Dedicated to Family Law Mediation, and welcome all civil matters and offer video mediation to save on travel costs to the parties. We enjoy mediating with attorneys and pro se parties.

Our mediation service is set apart by:

Experience in the family law area, particularly divorce with or without children.
The use of video and teleconferencing ideal for those residing in different areas and extended settlement negotiations.

A half day mediation is 4 hours and a full day is 8 hours. We require a 5 day notice for scheduling mediation and kindly ask for only 48 hours notice if cancelation should occur.
